During our TAX FREE campaign, we do not mean to suggest you will not have to pay sales tax on your vehicle. ?You will see Sales Tax clearly noted on your installment sales contract or buyers order for the vehicle. ?However we have reduced the price of the vehicle by at LEAST the amount of the sales tax, and in some cases even more. ?You will notice this savings from either Kelley Blue Book retail value on a used car or from the MSRP on any new vehicle. ?Most if not all of our vehicles have already been reduced by this amount to make your shopping easier and hassle free. ?However, should you ask us to prove it just ask for the books or the invoice on any vehicle we have available. ?At times you may choose this discount to be showed to you as a higher allowance in your trade in, but again we are happy to show you any place where the money get?s adjusted to prove to you our advertising.

All of our advertising is based upon approval of your credit on that particular vehicle. ?Down payments may vary, approvals may vary, stipulations for that approval may vary. ?The dealer does not determine these restrictions but are determined by lending institutions.

We will have 5 vehicles for sale in our NO RESERVE AUCTION. ?These vehicles will be on display outside of the dealership and specially noted as our auction vehicles. ?They will not be available to be driven but you can start them and go thru them with dealership supervision. ?Bid sheets will be at the front desk of our dealership and are available to view at anytime. ?By placing a bid you are agreeing to purchase the vehicle for that price. ?The auction will end at 3pm Saturday and no other bids will be accepted beyond that time. ?You cannot place a bid by phone. ?No current bid prices will be released over the telephone or on the internet either by email or on our website. ?You must be present both to place a bid or to increase a bid. ?Winners will be announced and called at 3pm Saturday. ?Should we not be able to get in touch with the first winner we will call the second winner and down the line until that vehicle is sold. ?We make no guarantees to the condition of any vehicle sold during this no reserve auction. ?The vehicles we are selling have NOT been inspected and will not be inspected by the selling dealer. ?The State of Kansas requires that the selling dealer place a limited warranty on every vehicle sold. ?The states minimum warranty will be given on these vehicles. ?That warranty covers 10% of any repairs done in our shop on any covered item. ?Please see the buyers guide in each vehicle to understand what the covered items are. ?By placing a bid on any vehicle you are agreeing to these terms and understand the dealer will not make any repairs unless paid for by the purchaser of that vehicle. ?All sales must be in cash and all sales will be final.

We will be allowing up to $3500 more for any old trade than it is worth.? What we are able to allow in overallowance differs depending not on your credit situation but on the vehicle you purchase.?
